Ashley Glaze

As the Vice President of Operations – Student, Ashley is responsible for delivering best-in-class revenue performance and ensuring consistent operating efficiencies for Coastal Ridge’s student housing portfolio. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing our stabilized and new development student housing third party projects and teams. Ashley is also responsible for the training and on-site assistance provided by the Traveling Operations team members. Ashley started in the industry as a Leasing Manager and has worked her way up through the ranks, including serving as Regional Property Manager at Coastal Ridge prior to her current role. Since joining Coastal Ridge, Ashley has assisted with the creation of our new development policies and procedures. Ashley graduated from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia and currently resides with her family in Knoxville, Tennessee.
