Case Phillips

As a Construction Manager, Case assists the development team with the full-cycle delivery of Coastal Ridge's ground-up developments, from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy and turnover. He manages schedule, budget, and quality across multiple active developments, coordinating contractors, consultants, and municipalities through permitting, inspections, and closeout while overseeing contracts, change orders, and pay applications.

Case joined Coastal Ridge in 2022 as a Construction Associate, where he supported field operations and managed RFIs, submittals, and change orders to help maintain project schedules and turnover milestones. Prior to Coastal Ridge, he worked as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager at Charles Deweese Construction, performing quantity takeoffs and supporting estimating, procurement, scheduling, and project management efforts.

Case earned both his MBA and bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida. He and his wife reside in Freeport, Florida.
