David Harrison

As a Senior Construction Manager, David assists the development team to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of Coastal Ridge’s ground up developments. Additionally, he provides insight for Coastal Ridge’s development team in the areas of estimating, budgeting, design, schedule, and quality control. David brings close to two decades of experience in construction management to the firm having previously worked for Hensel Phelps Construction Company where he oversaw over a billion dollars in completed projects. David graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. David and his family reside in Crestview, Florida.
