Everett Palozej

Everett Palozej serves as Vice President of Investments at Coastal Ridge, where he brings over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. In this role, Mr. Palozej is responsible for the acquisition of conventional multifamily assets across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, overseeing all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution.

Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Mr. Palozej spent seven years at Northland Investment Corporation as a Director of Investments, where he focused on the origination and execution of multifamily investments across the Sun Belt, leading deal sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition due diligence. During his tenure, he was involved in the acquisition of more than 10,000 units, representing over $3 billion in total capitalization. Earlier in his career, Mr. Palozej held analyst roles at Avison Young and Newmark, where he supported real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.

Mr. Palozej is a member of Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Finance Association, and the National Multifamily Housing Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Suffolk University. He and his wife reside in Boston, Massachusetts.
