Jonathan Frantz 

As Managing Director, General Counsel, Coastal Ridge Investment Management, Jonathan is responsible for advising senior management on various legal matters, managing outside counsel, oversight of investment vehicle formation, portfolio investments, affiliate business matters, and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Jonathan worked in Rockbridge Capital, LLC, a hospitality-centered investment firm located in Columbus, Ohio. Throughout his career, he has focused on structuring and closing investment funds, co-investments, syndicated investments, joint ventures, subscription lines of credit,  and other leverage facilities. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in economics and history, he received his J.D. From the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
