Kellen Henry 

Kellen serves as Vice President of Client Services, where he supports the growth of the firm’s third-party management portfolio and leads initiatives focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes. He specializes in cultivating strong client relationships and conducting pro forma underwriting and market studies to guide strategic decision-making. 

Prior to joining Coastal Ridge Real Estate, Kellen held various operational roles with Edwards Communities and Link Real Estate Group, where he developed a strong foundation in asset performance, client engagement, and operational leadership. 

Kellen earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Ohio State University and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
