Kevin serves as Vice President of Client Services, supporting the growth of the firm’s third-party management portfolio through initiatives that drive positive results across communities. He specializes in building new relationships, conducting market analysis, and identifying opportunities to create value within business plans. Over the past ten years, Kevin has gained experience across both site-level and corporate roles, strengthening his understanding of what it takes to be successful. He earned his MBA from Ohio University and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
