Lindsey Balduf

As a Corporate Recruiter, Lindsey is responsible for executing talent acquisition strategies for the company and effectively filling positions at all levels within the organization and all property locations nationwide. She partners with leaders in the organization to provide the best recruiting and onboarding experience for internal and external talent. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Lindsey worked for a global staffing firm and specialized in Accounting and Finance placements at all levels. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tiffin University and resides in Columbus, OH.
