LYANNE FROST-MADDEN
TRANSITIONS COORDINATOR, NEW DEVELOPMENT
4 YEARS WITH COASTAL RIDGE
Lyanne joined Coastal Ridge in 2020 as a Property Manager for The Dorms at Florida Polytechnic University. She was promoted to Senior Property Manager and later transitioned to the Corporate side of Coastal Ridge as a Traveling Operations Manager and now to her current role as a Transitions Coordinator, New Development. Lyanne finds the most rewarding part of working for Coastal Ridge to be the team member impact. She loves working with different teams across the company and watching them grow and develop.
MIKE PROKOP
NATIONAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER
10 YEARS WITH COASTAL RIDGE
Mike joined Coastal Ridge in 2008 as a part-time Groundskeeper, responsible for cleaning up dumpster pads. He worked his way up through site-level positions and in 2019 was promoted to Roving Maintenance Supervisor. In 2022, he was promoted to his current role as National Maintenance Manager. Mike finds one of the most rewarding aspects of working at Coastal Ridge to be the impact each team member has. He feels that your opinions are always valued and that the cross-collaboration between all departments helps make us better.
KEVIN PIERCE
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
8 YEARS WITH COASTAL RIDGE
Kevin Pierce joined Coastal Ridge 8 years ago as a part-time Community Assistant in Morgantown, West Virginia. From there, he was promoted to various site-level positions, and in 2021, he joined the Corporate team as a Transitions Specialist. In 2024, he was promoted to his current role as Business Development Associate on our Business Development team. His favorite part about working at Coastal Ridge is the people. He feels that everyone he has worked with at Coastal Ridge is great to work with and has always motivated him along the way. He also loves the career growth opportunities and being able to grow as the company grows.
