Christian joined Coastal Ridge in March 2022 as a Senior Regional Property Manager. Maddie has been with Coastal Ridge for five years as an HR Generalist. What's kept her here is the people she works with every day — the office team, managers, Regional Managers, and VPs she communicates with regularly. What she loves most about working for Coastal Ridge is the passion people bring to the business every day, which keeps her excited to come to work and take on new projects. The core principle that resonates most with her is "be honest, always" — a value she sees as essential both as a member of the HR team and in her day-to-day work with managers. Her favorite perk is the annual Elevate conference, where leaders from across the company gather in Columbus, OH to learn and grow together and lean into the Coastal Ridge culture.

VP, OPERATIONS - CONVENTIONAL

Whitney is Vice President of Operations and has been with Coastal Ridge for three years. She chose to join Coastal Ridge because the culture shone through in every conversation during her interview process, and a visit to the corporate office sealed her expectations of the organization. Her favorite work perk is the wealth of training opportunities at Coastal Ridge — she's never asked for help or training without receiving it, and credits the training and sales department with helping everyone become the best version of themselves.
