Rishi Loona

Rishi Loona serves as Senior Vice President, Debt Capital Markets, at Coastal Ridge, where he is responsible for oversight of the company’s debt portfolio. Rishi is responsible for sourcing debt, overseeing loan closings, and managing Coastal Ridge’s lending relationships.

Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Rishi served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Realberry (f.k.a. McWhinney) in Denver, CO. During his tenure at Realberry, he was responsible for managing the company’s $2.0BN debt portfolio across hospital, multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and land assets. Prior to Realberry, Rishi spent 15 years in various real estate lending roles at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and BMO.

Rishi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He currently resides in Denver, CO.
