Sandy Sell

Sandy Sell, CPA (51), is the Managing Director of Accounting at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, with more than 25 years of experience overseeing accounting and financial operations for real estate platforms. Sandy is responsible for guiding the overall performance and reporting for the company, as well as overseeing tax and treasury functions. 

Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Sandy was the Senior Director of Accounting at Steiner + Associates, with responsibility for accounting oversight of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of retail and commercial assets. 

She is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and resides with her family in Worthington, Ohio.
