Sarah Wiley

Sarah Wiley is the Director of Property Accounting at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, where she oversees property-level financial reporting while leading & developing the team and advancing strategic initiatives. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, she brings expansive leadership perspective shaped by analyst, management, and consulting roles across multiple industries. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Pre-Law from Ohio University.  She lives in Marysville, Ohio, with her family.
