Whitney Cooperrider

Whitney Cooperrider serves as Coastal Ridge's Vice President of Operations for the Conventional Housing Portfolio. In her role, she oversees multiple Class A and Class B conventional communities, driving performance through financial management, leadership development, resident experience, and strategic execution. She joined Coastal Ridge as a Regional Manager before being promoted into her current role. 

Whitney brings nearly 20 years of property management experience across a wide range of markets and asset types. She began her career as an Assistant Property Manager with Equity Residential, then advanced through property management roles in North Carolina before relocating to Columbus, where she built a track record managing residential portfolios for CPO Management. She went on to spend more than five years at Wallick Communities, rising from General Manager to Regional Manager and ultimately Assistant Regional Vice President, where she oversaw affordable housing assets across the Columbus metropolitan area. 

Throughout her career, Whitney has led teams through financial performance improvements, staff development, and operational turnarounds, bringing a hands-on, resident-focused approach to every level of leadership. 

Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech and resides in Thornville, Ohio, with her family.
